What is included in the cost?

Signature Accommodations pricing includes the complete cost of the apartment/condo/suite, furnishings, utilities, expanded cable, high speed internet, phone, housewares, kitchen accessories, and appliances including washer/dryers.

Are Pets Welcome?

Signature Accommodations does represent select communities that will allow pets, however, there may be weight or breed restrictions, and a pet fee/deposit will be required.

How do I pay?

Signature Accommodations accepts personal check, VISA, MC, AMEX, and company check. We can also bill your company directly.

Is a security deposit required?

In most cases with a major credit card number on file or a letter of responsibility from your employer, we will waive any security deposits.

Why Signature Accommodations instead of a hotel?

There is no hotel tax of 15% or more! Our corporate rentals include a flat screen LCD TV/DVD, washer and dryer in each suite, unlimited domestic long distance, expanded cable, high speed internet, free parking, and community amenities that include fitness centers, pools, and complimentary business centers.
